The Private transfer fee is not charged per person, but on how many vehicles you will need. When travelling with the private transfer service you can go to any private address.

Where will I see the driver at the hotel?

Where do I go when I arrive at the airport?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

What if I miss my flight or it gets cancelled?

At what time will you pick me up on the departure date?

What are your cancellation policies?
If you cancel your Punta Cana DR Transfer transportation more than 12 hours before you are scheduled to arrive, there is no penalty Punta Cana DR Transfer will refund 100% of monies paid. If you cancel less than 12 hours before you are scheduled to arrive, Punta Cana DR Transfer will refund 50% of monies paid. In cases when not everything goes as planned and you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled you should contact us with the new flight information and Punta Cana DR Transfer will provide your transportation at no extra cost, regardless of the new date and / or time.
