No Shows: No refunds for clients who fail to appear at the designated location (hotel, airport, Airbnb, villa) without prior notification via email, phone, text, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations by Client: No refunds for cancellations made to switch to another company after payment.
If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
Service Errors by Clients: Mistakes in the booking form that result in missed services are non-refundable.
