No Shows: No refunds for clients who fail to appear at the designated location (hotel, airport, Airbnb, villa) without prior notification via email, phone, text, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations by Client: No refunds for cancellations made to switch to another company after payment.
Flight Cancellations/Missed Connections: Notify us at least 3 hours in advance if your flight is canceled or delayed. Without timely notice, a new transfer must be purchased, and the original booking will not be refunded.
Service Errors by Clients: Mistakes in the booking form that result in missed services are non-refundable.
Departure Transfers to the Airport
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at the scheduled pickup time and location.
Delayed pickups without at least 24 hours' notice will result in service cancellation without refund.
