Refund Policy
- No Shows: No refunds for clients who fail to appear at the designated location (hotel, airport, Airbnb, villa) without prior notification via email, phone, text, or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations by Client: No refunds for cancellations made to switch to another company after payment.
- Flight Cancellations/Missed Connections: Notify us at least 3 hours in advance if your flight is canceled or delayed. Without timely notice, a new transfer must be purchased, and the original booking will not be refunded.
- Service Errors by Clients: Mistakes in the booking form that result in missed services are non-refundable.
Departure Transfers to the Airport
- Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at the scheduled pickup time and location.
- Delayed pickups without at least 24 hours' notice will result in service cancellation without refund.
